Your AI Team
How Your AI Team Works
Doughy doesn't use a single chatbot. It uses a team of specialized AI agents, each trained for a specific domain of real estate investing and property management.
How It Works
When you give Doughy a task — whether by voice, text, or through the app — it gets routed to the right specialist automatically. You don't need to know which agent handles what; the system figures it out.
For example:
•"Screen this tenant application" → goes to your Leasing Agent
•"How much did I spend on repairs last month?" → goes to your Bookkeeping Agent
•"Analyze this deal at 456 Oak Street" → goes to your Acquisitions Agent
•"Draft a newsletter for my buyer list" → goes to your Campaigns Agent
Trust Levels
Every agent operates under a trust level that you control. This determines how much the agent can do on its own versus what needs your approval:
•Locked — agent can only draft; every action requires approval
•Supervised — agent can execute low-risk actions; high-risk actions need approval
•Trusted — agent handles most tasks independently; only unusual actions need approval
•Full — agent operates autonomously within its domain
You set trust levels per agent in the Bouncer tab. Most users start at Supervised and gradually increase trust as they get comfortable.
The Approval Flow
When an agent creates something that needs your sign-off:
1.The item appears in your Queue or Bouncer > Approvals
2.You see exactly what the agent wants to do, with full context
3.You tap Approve, Edit, or Reject
4.If you edit, the agent learns from your changes over time
Items have countdown timers — if you don't respond within the configured window, the action expires rather than executing. No surprises.
What Agents Can Do
Your AI team can:
•Read and analyze — pull data, run calculations, research markets
•Draft content — write emails, SMS, social posts, blog articles, reports
•Schedule — book showings, set reminders, manage calendars
•Communicate — send approved messages via email, SMS, or phone
•Process — categorize expenses, score leads, update records
What they cannot do:
•Access other users' workspaces
•Spend money without going through Bouncer
•Override your trust level settings
•Act after you've hit the kill switch
Real-World Example
Say you receive a text from a seller: "I'm interested in selling my property at 742 Evergreen Terrace." Here's what happens:
1.The message arrives in your unified inbox and is auto-tagged to the contact
2.Your Acquisitions Agent pulls public records, recent comps, and neighborhood data for 742 Evergreen Terrace
3.It drafts a deal summary: estimated ARV $285k, probable rehab $40k, recommended offer $165k based on your 70% rule criteria
4.Simultaneously, your Campaigns Agent drafts a reply: "Hi [Name], thanks for reaching out! I'd love to learn more about your property. Are you available for a quick call this week?"
5.Both items land in your Queue. You approve the reply, review the deal summary, and decide whether to pursue
All of this happens in under a minute. Without Doughy, you'd spend 30+ minutes researching comps, checking tax records, and crafting a response.
Ops Credits
Every agent action consumes Ops Credits from your monthly pool. Simple actions (reading data, drafting text) cost very little. Complex actions (web research, document analysis, phone calls) cost more.
You can monitor usage in Bouncer > Cost and set alerts so you're never caught off guard.
