Billing & Plans
Doughy uses a simple, predictable billing model built around Ops Credits and calling minutes.
How Ops Credits Work
Ops Credits are a single pooled currency that covers all AI agent activity:
•Drafting content — emails, SMS, social posts, blog articles
•Research — market data, comparable properties, neighborhood insights
•Analysis — deal underwriting, financial reports, document review
•Automation — drip campaigns, follow-up sequences, workflow steps
•Integrations — syncing with QuickBooks, calendar updates, data imports
Every action has a credit cost. Simple actions (reading data, short drafts) cost very little. Complex actions (deep research, long documents, multi-step analysis) cost more.
Calling Minutes
Voice calls are billed separately because they have distinct costs:
•Inbound calls — receiving calls through your Doughy number
•Outbound calls — calls your agents make on your behalf
•Mock calls — practice sessions (these use Ops Credits instead of calling minutes)
Calling minutes track wall-clock time. A 5-minute call uses 5 minutes.

A: Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle (the anniversary of your signup date).
Q: Do unused credits roll over?
