Getting Started
Workspace Setup
Your workspace is your private environment in Doughy. Everything — contacts, properties, documents, agent activity — is isolated to your workspace.
Profile
Go to Settings > Profile to configure:
•Display name — how your name appears in sent communications
•Email — your primary contact email
•Phone — your phone number for call features
•Photo — optional avatar for your profile
•Timezone — ensures scheduling and notifications align with your local time
Modules
Doughy adapts to your business. Under Settings > Modules, choose which modes are active:
Investor Mode
Optimized for property acquisition:
•Deal analysis and underwriting tools
•Lead scoring and pipeline management
•Comparative market analysis
•Strategy-specific workflows (flip, wholesale, BRRRR, rental, value-add)
Landlord Mode
Optimized for property management:
•Tenant screening and lease management
•Maintenance request tracking
•Rent collection and financial reporting
•Vendor and contractor coordination
You can enable both modes simultaneously if you do both.
Team Members
If you're on a Teams or Enterprise plan, invite others to your workspace:
1.Go to Settings > Team
2.Tap Invite Member
3.Enter their email address
4.Assign a role: Admin, Member, or Viewer
5.They'll receive an email invitation to join
Roles
•Admin — full access, can manage team and billing
•Member — can view and act on contacts, properties, and queue items
•Viewer — read-only access to dashboards and reports
Notification Preferences
Under Settings > Notifications, control what you're alerted about:
•Push notifications — real-time alerts on your phone
•Email digests — daily or weekly summary of agent activity
•Approval alerts — notify when Bouncer has items waiting for review
•Cost alerts — warn when Ops Credits drop below a threshold
You can also set quiet hours so notifications don't disturb you outside business hours. Your agents keep working — they just hold approvals until you're back.
