The calls section shows:

All calls — inbound and outbound, sorted by date
Duration — how long each call lasted
Contact — who you spoke with (auto-matched from your contacts)
Recording status — whether a transcript is available
Agent notes — if the Call Analyst has reviewed the call

Transcripts

For recorded calls, Doughy generates full transcripts with:

Speaker identification — who said what, clearly labeled
Timestamps — click to jump to any point in the conversation
Key moments — highlighted sections where important topics came up (pricing, objections, commitments)
Summary — a brief overview of the conversation at the top

Transcripts are searchable, so you can find specific conversations by what was discussed.

AI Coaching Insights

After reviewing a call, the Call Analyst provides:

Communication score — an overall rating of the conversation
What went well — specific moments where you were effective
Areas to improve — constructive feedback on technique
Objection handling — how you responded to pushback and alternatives to try
Follow-up suggestions — recommended next steps based on the conversation

Coaching insights are private to you — they're not shared with the contact or anyone else.

Mock Calls

Practice before the real thing:

1.Go to People > Calls > Mock Call
2.Choose a scenario (cold call, follow-up, negotiation, tenant screening)
3.The AI plays the other party realistically
4.After the call, get the same coaching insights as a real call

Mock calls don't consume calling minutes — they use Ops Credits instead.

Suggested Contact Updates

After reviewing a call, the Call Analyst may suggest:

Updating the contact's temperature (e.g., cold → warm after a productive conversation)
Adding tags based on what was discussed
Creating follow-up tasks
Linking the contact to a property or deal

These suggestions appear in your Queue for approval — the agent doesn't modify contacts without your sign-off.

Example: Post-Call Coaching

You finish a 12-minute call with a motivated seller. Here's what the Call Analyst produces:

Summary: Seller inherited property, wants to sell quickly, mentioned price flexibility. Concerned about closing timeline. Open to creative financing.
Score: 7/10 — Good rapport building, effective questions about motivation
What went well: You asked open-ended questions about their timeline and let them talk. Your empathy when they mentioned the inheritance was genuine and built trust.
Areas to improve: When they mentioned "creative financing," you moved past it quickly. Next time, explore that — it could open up a sub-to or seller financing opportunity.
Suggested follow-up: Send a personalized email within 24 hours summarizing the conversation and next steps. Include 2-3 comparable sales to anchor your offer.
Contact update suggestion: Change temperature from "cold" to "hot", add tag "motivated-seller", add tag "creative-financing"
