Email & SMS
Your AI team drafts and sends email and SMS campaigns through the Content Queue. Here's how to manage them.
Email Campaigns
Creating a Campaign
1.Ask your Campaigns Agent: "Create an email campaign for my buyer list about the new listings"
2.Or go to Queue > New > Email Campaign
3.Set the audience — choose contacts by tag, temperature, or custom filter
4.The agent drafts the email based on your request and audience
5.Review in the Queue and approve
Campaign Types
•One-time blast — single email to a list (market update, announcement, listing alert)
•Drip sequence — multi-email series sent over days or weeks
•Newsletter — recurring email on a schedule (weekly, monthly)
Email Features
•Subject line — AI-optimized for open rates
•Body content — personalized with contact name and relevant details
•Unsubscribe link — included automatically for compliance
•Tracking — open and click tracking for performance analytics
SMS Messages
Sending SMS
1.Ask your Campaigns Agent: "Send a text to all warm leads about the open house Saturday"
2.Or go to Queue > New > SMS
3.Select recipients
4.The agent drafts a concise message
5.Review and approve
SMS Best Practices
•Messages are limited to standard SMS length for maximum deliverability
•The agent automatically splits long messages into multiple parts
•Opt-out instructions are included as required by regulations
•Delivery confirmations are logged in the messaging history
Recipient Management
Building Lists
•By tag — select all contacts with a specific tag
•By temperature — target hot, warm, or cold leads
•By deal stage — reach contacts at a specific point in your pipeline
•Manual selection — hand-pick individual contacts
•Exclusion lists — always exclude specific contacts regardless of other filters
Compliance
Doughy handles messaging compliance automatically:
•Opt-out requests are processed immediately
•Contacts who unsubscribe are excluded from all future campaigns
•SMS consent is tracked per contact
•All outgoing messages are logged for your records
Tracking & Analytics
After a campaign sends, track:
•Delivery rate — successfully delivered vs. bounced
•Open rate — how many recipients opened (email only)
•Click rate — how many clicked a link (email only)
•Reply rate — how many responded
•Unsubscribe rate — how many opted out
